TIWA offers services for winning Grants and Contracts:

Proposals:
Initially, we review the Commercial, Government or Non Profit solicitation in detail in order to gleam the most actuate picture of exactly what the customer is looking for. Proposal writers are all different and have varying styles for writing Requests for Proposal (RFP), and Requests for Quotation (RFQ)s the capability to get into their mind and understand their vision is essential. However if the perfect idea or product is presented in a manner that is in anyway non-compliant with the specifications of the RFP it has at least a 95% chance of being rejected on technicalities.
Thus preparing a proposal that is fully compliant with the requirements outlined in the Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), Invitation for Bids (IFB), or Request for Offers (RFO) can be a bit  overwhelming, even for companies that have won previous grants and  contracts.
Our expertise is as broad as winning an educational IT grant from a non-profit foundation to defense systems contracts from the federal government. We have the ability to review the solicitation, understand its requirements and prepare a compliant response that is acceptable to the procuring authority. TIWA offers expert consulting assistance and or the actual step by step, right beside you, preparation and submission of the proposal response. A properly prepared and submitted proposal is better received by  evaluators, enabling them to easily review the submitted material and determine a company’s responsiveness and capabilities to perform the requirements of that particular effort. A complete compliant proposal is what the solicitors or review team expect to see nothing more and nothing less.

Preparation:

Preparation of an initial proposal outline and creating a list of specific requirements, as mandated by the solicitation, that must be provided by the client to prepare a compliant proposal
The development of the written proposal response encompassing technical, management, quality control, past performance, cost and any other requirements of the solicitation, utilizing our client’s input which is specific to the way the client does business
An initial review of the draft proposal from an evaluator’s standpoint to determine compliance, completeness and accuracy
Complete any revisions of the written proposal, if necessary, to ensure compliance with the solicitation’s specific requirements
